Projects · Portfolio

Delivered realizations.

A representative selection from a portfolio accumulated over nearly three decades. Auditable figures, named partners, covered regions — the proof of execution under real-world conditions.

Six domains

A portfolio organized by domain.

Nearly thirty years of execution spread across six complementary domains — each sustained by in-house teams, no subcontracting on core skills.

  • +1,180 km

    Fiber optic

National backbone · 5 great axes deployed · continuous maintenance of the SOTELMA network since 2015.

  • +90 %

    Telecom towers

90%+ of SOTELMA towers installed by TME since 2020 · heights 15, 30, 60 m and custom tall-tower builds on specification.

  • +500 sites

    Telecom power

Lithium batteries (10 × 5 kW per site) · 300+ generators deployed historically · 200+ generators mobilized on emergency in 2024.

  • +177 sites

    Solar sites

    Two 2016 campaigns (117 + 60 standalone sites) · 70 operator-dedicated sites for Orange and SOTELMA · solar/generator hybridization on critical sites.

  • 24/7

    Security

Permanent guarding · access control · active surveillance · real-time incident reporting.

  • 5 countries

    Institutional & regional

AGETIC (40 inverter sites) · gendarmerie (15 police-station intercoms) · PANAF-TEL (regional solar deployment across 5 West African countries).

Founding project · 1996 → 2000

Bamako – Sikasso – Zégoua.

560 km

to the Ivorian border

Mali's first great fiber axis. Five hundred sixty kilometers of backbone laid, spliced, tested, and handed over under acceptance between 1996 and 2000. The trunk that opened the country to international fiber and that remains, three decades later, the spine of the national network. Everything TME built afterward rests on this first axis.

Geographic coverage

The TME network.

Ten regions of Mali · 175+ telecom sites deployed · five West African countries. Interactive map — click to explore zones and touched sites.

Portfolio projects

  • Orange Mali · 2024

    Bamako → Kayes

Fiber-optic backbone deployment between Bamako and Kayes for Orange Mali, linking the country's two main economic regions.

  • SOTELMA · 2024

    National

Emergency mobilization of 200+ backup generators across the national territory to secure the continuity of the SOTELMA network under severe public-power degradation.

  • SOTELMA · 2023

    Gao, Kidal, Mopti

Reinforcement and extension of a phased batch of telecom sites in northern Mali, under demanding logistical and security conditions.

  • SOTELMA · 2022

    Sikasso

Solar conversion of 24 SOTELMA telecom sites in the Sikasso region, transitioning from diesel to lithium-battery + PV power.
